MVP Properties is a Licenced Condominium Management Service Provider specializing in Community Management in
Ontario; our service coverage area extends from Southwestern Ontario, East throughout the Greater Toronto Area and North as far as Georgian Bay. We believe in offering a boutique style customized service, and enjoy working and spending time with our Condominium Boards and the residents of the communities in which their properties are located. No two communities or buildings are alike; each one requires a personalized service; which is why MVP Properties offers customizable options, tailored specifically to your community's size and needs.
Our Approach
People are the heart of every community, and so they are also the heart of MVP Properties. You can always learn to a new skill, but arriving to the party with great character qualities and a strong set of core competencies is what sets you apart. Doing what we say we'll do, showing up when and where we say we will, picking up the phone when it rings, using critical thinking skills, management by logic and common sense are simple easy things that people want, but nowadays can't seem to find. Accountability and Transparency

Full-service Property Management
Full service Property Management including maintenance management, tendering of services and onsite inspections. Overseeing of after hours emergencies.
Budget and Reports
Monthly, Quarterly and annual financial reporting using GAAP.
Budget preparation, management of
operating/reserve funds and general bookkeeping.
Collaboration
Working with the Boards of Directors and owners to set and meet community goals, while communicating with all stakeholders to
ensure everyone is on the same page and focusing on the same targets.
Compliance
Attendance of BOD meetings, depending on the needs of the corporation, attendance and preparation of AGM’s. Includes communication with BOD’s and Owners. Preparation of required communication as per the Condominium Act 1998 and your condominium's bylaws ensuring compliance
