History and Vision
MVP Condos is a Licensed Condominium Management Service Provider specializing in Community Management in
Ontario; our service coverage area extends from Southwestern Ontario, East throughout the Greater Toronto Area and North as far as Georgian Bay. We believe in offering good old fashioned service, all-inclusive pricing, faster than quickest industry response times, and efficiencies that can only be delivered by the latest, most secure technology. Our friends are our clients and our clients are our friends. We enjoy working and spending time with our Condominium Boards and the residents of the communities in which their properties are located, and we find happiness in providing service.
Our Approach
People are the heart of every community, and so they are also the heart of MVP Condos. You can always learn to a new skill, but arriving to the party with great character qualities and a strong set of core competencies is what sets you apart. Doing what we say we'll do, showing up when and where we say we will, picking up the phone when it rings, using critical thinking skills, management by logic and common sense are simple easy things that people want, but nowadays can't seem to find. How we do one thing is how we do everything, and make sure the important things are done better than anyone else. Our people and our communities are our most valuable asset.
Privacy, Accountability and Transparency
We recognize that the members which make up a Board of Directors are volunteering their energy and time; time away from work, family, friends, and personal rest and relaxation. Your time is valuable. In order to ensure meetings, decisions and communications are effective, we manage agreements by using best industry practices and hold ourselves and our partners accountable. Transparency and privacy are two sides of the same coin, both equally important and both necessary in a successful condominium community. We understand how to deliver both.

Full-service Property Management
Full service Property Management encompassing all aspects of Condominium Management, including maintenance, agreements, procurement, and onsite inspections. Overseeing of after hours emergencies.
Budget and Reports
Monthly, Quarterly and annual financial reporting using best practices.
Budget preparation, management of
operating/reserve funds and general bookkeeping.
Collaboration
Educating Boards of Directors and owners, setting and meeting realistic community goals, while communicating with all majority stakeholders to ensure resources are aligned with needs.
Compliance
Attendance of Board of Directors meetings, depending on the needs of the corporation, attendance and preparation of Annual General Meetings of Owners, Including communication with Boards and Owners. Preparation of required communication as per the Condominium Act and your condominium's bylaws ensuring compliance. Providing Act-based advice to keep the board within due bounds of it's duty to the condominium and it's standard of care to the owners.
Transparency and Good Governance
Fast access to documents, related property governing documents (bylaws, Rules, Policies). Communication with boards regarding progress, updates and reports on maintenance/project management. Assistance with compliance with privacy laws for storing and protecting confidential owner and corporation data, and help preventing frivolous expenses by providing good advice and policy.
